Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Identification and purpose

Tempo Touch Football activities are organised by the non-profit association (ASBL) registered under number 1022.205.497, currently listed in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the name PMPK Football Academy, which is in the process of being changed.

Registered office: avenue des Pléiades 60, box 14, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Belgium.
Contact: tempotouch.football@gmail.com.
Training venue: Stade Fallon, as indicated when booking.

These terms govern the football coaching sessions and programmes booked with Tempo Touch Football. For an underage player, the booking is made by their parent or legal guardian.

2. Services and prices

  • Trial session: one one-hour session — €25
  • Focus Joueur: one 1.5-hour session — €45
  • Cap Progression: four 1.5-hour sessions — €140
  • Élan Performance: eight 1.5-hour sessions — €260

Prices are stated in euros and are the total amounts payable for the services listed.

The trial session is separate from Focus Joueur. It carries no obligation to buy a programme.

The applicable price is the one communicated and accepted at the time of booking. A later change in prices does not alter the price of a programme already purchased.

3. Enquiry and booking

The website form lets you request information and ask to be contacted. Submitting it does not constitute a paid order.

After this request, exchanges continue by email to arrange the trial session.

After the trial, parents are free to continue or not. If they would like a programme, they confirm their choice by email.

Before any commitment, Tempo Touch Football communicates the content of the offer, its price, the payment terms and these terms and conditions.

4. Payment

Programmes are payable in full in advance. The booking is confirmed by email once payment is received, and the sessions are then scheduled with the family.

Payment methods and the necessary instructions are sent by email. Payment arrangements for the trial session are specified when it is booked.

5. Scheduling and validity of programmes

Dates and times are agreed with the family according to mutual availability. They can be set as soon as the programme is confirmed or progressively.

The four- and eight-session programmes have no contractual expiry date. Remaining sessions are not lost merely because time has passed.

The rules on cancellations and absences nevertheless continue to apply to each agreed appointment.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling by the family

To request that a session be rescheduled, the family notifies Tempo Touch Football at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, by email to tempotouch.football@gmail.com.

When this notice period is respected, a new date is agreed and the session is not deducted from the programme.

If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, other than for illness, injury or exceptional circumstances, it can be rescheduled once. Beyond that, the session is due and deducted from the programme.

In the event of an absence without notice, the session is due. For a programme already paid, it is deducted from the remaining sessions, with no additional charge for that same session, subject to exceptional circumstances and applicable statutory rights.

7. Illness or injury

In case of illness or injury, the family notifies Tempo Touch Football as soon as possible so that a new date can be arranged.

No medical certificate is required. This arrangement is based on a relationship of trust with parents. There is no need to share a diagnosis or medical records.

8. Cancellation by the coach or due to weather conditions

If the coach cannot run a session, or if weather conditions do not allow it to take place in appropriate conditions, Tempo Touch Football informs the family and offers a new date.

The session is not deducted from the programme and rescheduling it involves no extra charge.

If Tempo Touch Football is ultimately unable to provide a paid service, the client’s statutory rights regarding services not performed, including a refund where due, continue to apply.

9. Right of withdrawal

Where a contract falls under distance selling rules and no statutory exception applies, the client has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw.

The request can be sent to tempotouch.football@gmail.com as a clear statement of the decision to withdraw and the service concerned.

Refundable amounts are reimbursed within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise for another method at no cost.

If the client expressly asks for the services to start during this period, an amount proportional to the services already provided may remain due where the legal conditions are met. Starting the sessions does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

Some leisure services booked for a specific date or period may fall under a statutory exception. Where it applies, this exception is stated before booking. It does not automatically extend to a programme whose dates remain open.

These provisions apply in accordance with the withdrawal rules set out by the FPS Economy (SPF Économie).

10. Conduct of sessions and liability

Tempo Touch Football offers coaching tailored to the player and the agreed objectives. Progress depends in particular on the player’s participation, regularity and personal situation.

No recruitment by a club, sports selection or specific individual result is guaranteed.

The player and their legal guardian are asked to respect the schedules and the safety instructions given by the coach. These obligations do not constitute a waiver of their rights or a general exemption from liability for Tempo Touch Football.

11. Personal data and image rights

The information needed to make contact, book and organise the sessions is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Accepting these terms does not authorise anyone to photograph, film or publish a player’s image. The necessary authorisations are collected separately. Refusing publication does not prevent the player from attending the sessions.

12. Complaints and disputes

For any question or complaint, contact tempotouch.football@gmail.com, stating the service concerned and any information useful for reviewing your request.

Tempo Touch Football works with the family to find a suitable solution to the problem encountered.

Contracts are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections they enjoy. The competent courts are determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules.

13. Changes to these terms

The applicable terms are those communicated and accepted at the time of purchase.

A later change to these terms does not apply retroactively to a programme already purchased.
